Bluebex was born inside a travel agency — not a boardroom. We lived the missed calls, WhatsApp chaos, and commission disputes. So we built the CRM we always wished we had.
In 2021, Arjun Mehta ran a 14-person agency in Mumbai. Leads lived in Gmail. Bookings in Excel. Agents argued over commissions monthly. Their "CRM" was enterprise software duct-taped for travel.
He teamed up with Priya Nair to build something different — workflows for inquiries, quotes, bookings, itineraries, and payouts. Purpose-built, not adapted.
Six months embedded inside the agency shaped every feature. Today Bluebex powers agencies across India, the UAE, Singapore, and beyond.
